What exactly does 'shadow work' entail? I’m not familiar with it.
Shadow work is the process of uncovering and healing the hidden parts of yourself that may be holding you back. We explore your past experiences, limiting beliefs, and emotions that have been repressed, so you can release them and uncover your full potential.
What if I’m not ready for deep work like The Activation Weekend?
It's highly recommended, but optional (we have a package without it). However, I don't know if anyone is ever "ready". I still get butterflies to this day, but I can tell you this: nothing else has been as effective at completely shifting my behavior or beliefs for the better. If you are up for an adventure, and value self exploration you won't regret it... plus you will be surrounded by safety, and can pick the dates when the time is right for you.
How long will it take to see results?
